As a Sales Merchandiser, I would also need to collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as with other departments within the company. This would require strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment

As a key player in the Sales Team, the Sales Merchandiser is responsible for the arrangement of products while travelling designated routes. They have an essential role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining top-quality customer relations.

Transportation of products from the backroom to the display area must be conducted in adherence to safety and security standards established by CCBCHC.

Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure that the vehicle meets the standards set by CCBCHC.

Report status and concerns regularly: Keeping management informed of any issues and situational updates regarding assigned accounts is important.

Capability to manipulate a hand-truck with wheels, regardless of whether they come in twos or fours. Adequacy in manipulating all categories of industrial power trucks. A valid driving permission and a driving record that corresponds to CCBCHC's regulations. Competent in handling tasks with limited supervision while operating in accelerated settings. Demonstrating exceptional client serviceskills.

Adaptability is crucial in today's fast-changing work environment to cope with shifting demands and evolving requirements.

Sound Judgment: The ability to make fast decisions on the fly and execute logical and precise judgment.

To uphold the credibility of the company, it is imperative for its representatives to behave respectfully and truthfully in all situations.

In certain fields, a bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement for entry-level positions, while in others, a high school diploma may be sufficient

An ideal candidate for this opportunity will have experience in customer service.

The requirement to show one's ability to operate a truck may be asked of some individuals.

Physical Demands:

This job requires carrying out physical activities such as walking, talking, and auditory perception, as well as manipulating objects utilizing the hands. Visual aptitude mandated for this role encompasses a clear view of nearby objects and the ability to concentrate during computer terminal usage. The potential hire must possess the capability to frequently lift, pull and push objects weighing 50 pounds or more, extend above the head, stand for long periods, engage in extensive walking, kneel, bend and reach.

Workers must also be trained on how to properly use and maintain their PPE to ensure it remains effective

Work Environment:

The work environment may be noisy as a result of the operation of manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment. Approximately 10% travel to other company locations will be required, as well as participation in out-of-town training and seminars.
