In an effort to attain optimal customer service and increase sales and volume growth, The Delivery Representative is tasked with selling and distributing products on selected routes while developing and sustaining strong customer relationships. To bolster product availability at accounts, the Route Sales Driver ensures that beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors are filled in accordance with Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

  • Boost revenue and volume in assigned accounts by pushing sales, developing distribution channels, arranging displays, and implementing promotional actions.
  • The sale and distribution of goods to pre-assigned accounts is carried out on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all accounts have the right merchandising and stocking as per CCBCHC standards.
  • Make sure that Point of Sale advertising is transferred, changed, and sustained suitably in accordance with the accounts' stipulations.
  • Make sure that daily monitoring of product, cash, and asset information is recorded correctly.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate payment collection through streamlined invoicing methods.
  • Forge alliances with account personnel and offer unparalleled customer support to all accounts through frequent communication, timely resolution of any problems, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of all CCBCHC items and tools in assigned accounts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage room while dealing with trade breakage for assigned customers.
  • Ensure that the vehicle and its contents are compliant with the CCBCHC regulations by conducting routine inspections.
  • Ensure that every account meets CCBCHC's quality assurance benchmarks.
  • Ensuring a safe work environment is a crucial responsibility.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Physical Demands:
